what is current anon cvs server?

also, i'm new here but wanna implement JBAS-2584. where do i post my patch? do i attach it to the JIRA?

nevermind, i just found it - anoncvs.forge.jboss.com

still, i guess http://docs.jboss.org/process-guide/en/html/cvsaccess.html could be fixed?
