Initially was looking to standards such as WS-HT to possibly support task based collaboration associated with the methodology.
But just recently saw the new Google Wave tool presentation, and it has possibilities ..... http://wave.google.com.
Could define waves for projects and link in the relevant people at different stages - have robots to help with ensuring each step of the methodology is followed and possibly provide an authorisation mechanism where appropriate.
The language translation demo at the end is also pretty cool and would help multilingual project coordination.
Federation support means that each organisation could have its own servers, so as not to worry about sensitive corporate info being shared with google :)
Might be useful to have a WS-HT bridge?
