Does anyone know how to do that? -

ekoiti Sep 11, 2007 8:42 AM (in response to jtocko)Hi,
I using OC4J too.. version 10.1.3.3.
This problem is by JSON use (ajax4jsf and richfaces)
I replace the oracle parser by Glassfish jaxp impl. (download https://jaxp.dev.java.net/ file JAXP_14_FCS.jar)
Use jaxp-api.jar and jaxp-ri.jar as your xml parser and restart your container with follow VM argument:
-Djavax.xml.parsers.SAXParserFactory=com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl
This will replace oracle xml parser witch glassfish implementation.

emalvino Oct 3, 2007 5:48 PM (in response to jtocko)Ok, I did the following:
- Downloaded and extracted the jars form the url
- Copy them to ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/home/lib
- Started OC4J (standalone, but I'm using both) with:
java -Djavax.xml.parsers.SAXParserFactory=com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl -jar oc4j.jar
It did use JAXP, but with the following error:
java.io.IOException: /C:/Program%20Files/jdeveloper2/j2ee/home/applications/Fawkes/Fawkes-web/WEB-INF/lib/jsf-impl.jar does not exist.
