Work has started on the methodology. A 'base line' version is being prepared currently, that will be placed on the wiki towards the end of this month.
This initial version is intended to kick start the discussions on the methodology within the community. So we would encourage interested parties to watch out for the announcement about the availability of the wiki version, and feel free to contribute to the discussion.
Once everyone is happy that the structure of the methodology is stable enough, we then intend to encode the methodology using the Eclipse Process Framework.
