Possible to store object into JNDI permanently?

I wanted to store objects into JNDI, but whenever I deploy my web-application again or restart server, all data just get wipe out, I was wondering is there some way to configure that I can serialize objects permanently.

I'm trying to do this with JBOSS implementation not wanted to use other File NS or LDAP.

Any help will be appreciated!
