File I/O error in hypersonic db after few hours test

We did a long time performance test(2 concurrent users) on JBoss 3.2.4 with our application.
After 6-10 hrs, the JMS failed to work and the log show this error:

org.jboss.mq.SpyJMSException: Could not commit tx: 72180; - nested throwable: (java.sql.SQLException: File input/output error org.hsqldb.HsqlException: File input/output error SaveRow java.io.InterruptedIOException closing file - file /JBoss/server/framework/data/hypersonic/localDB.data in statement [DELETE FROM JMS_TRANSACTIONS WHERE TX
ID = ?])

Any thoughts ?

Do not use hypersonic, it only ships with JBoss to have a database for use with all tests etc.
