Why do we need jboss.net ?

Hi,friends,
I am NOT very clear why do we need jboss.net ? Under many situation, web container(tomcat) and ejb container(jboss) run on different VM.
Axis can be easily deployed in tomcat and it works great with jboss running on another VM.There exists some problem when using non-java client to call its web service,such as delphi.But it is another question !

Because jboss.net does things that axis can't do. Like hot-deploying your .wsr files. Or automatically generating WSDL to invoke your MBeans.
