Hi,
I'm new to this environment and I'm having a little bit of a difficulty understanding the relationship between WSDL and AXIS in the JBOSS.NET environment. Correct me if I'm wrong.
1) WSDL builds your proxy stub, which is also the listener on the server side.
2) AXIS is a soap engine, which transforms the soap calls to application calls. (doesn't that mean that it is a proxy also?)
3) Does anyone have simple "helloWorld" examples that can be deployed on JBOSS, and then accessed by a C# client?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Romel
Hi,
you can find out something about JBoss.NET here: http://www.csd.abdn.ac.uk/~bscharla/soap.html (as well as details about jboss-tomcat if you need that).
There is also a link to a simple example, and an EJB example using jboss-3.0.x.
cheers,
Bruce
