MIgration from jboss.net to EJB 2.1

Assuming that JBOSS 4.0 will not support EJB 2.1's feature for generating WS interface for session beans, What would be the best migration strategy from jboss.net to EJB 2.1?

It appears to me that there is no big difference between jboss.net and EJB 2.1: both generates WS interface automatically. So, it appears to me that the migration would be a matter of replacing wsr file of jboss.net with ear file for ejb 2.1 with appropriate deployment descriptor. Am I correct?

EJB2.1 just specifies inclusion on jax-rpc and jboss.net does support jax-rpc using axis/
