.wsr files do not deploy in jboss 3.2.5

I downloaded and built the example web service from the WIKI

When I deploy in freshly instlalled jboss-3.2.5 it fails to deploy the .wsr saying it is waiting for a deployer.

How do I get JBoss.NET working?

The log output follows:

oops.

I guess I have to run the 'all' configuration.

you can also just take the jboss-net.sar out of the "all" directory and put it in the "default" directory and all will work fine.
