Exception loading custom RA

Below is the output. I can't understand why this bean is not running.

I have gone through all docs and examples [incl firebird and local-jdbc one]. I have attached my ra.xml and nw-service.xml files. Thanks for your help

Config Info: JBoss 3.0.2 on Windows 2000

I don't if it is correct for 3.0.x, but for 3.2.x and 4.0.x the root element of the service-file should be not .
