kbirch Jun 26, 2003 1:11 AM (in response to cbowditch)If you are connecting to Oracle, then their JDBC driver has built-in support for standalone pooling. Check out the Oracle JDBC Developer's guide 8i or 9i on otn.oracle.com. Look at the sections on using DataSources without JNDI or Connection Caching.
