Does this functionality for dataTable component?

Hi,

I'm wondering is it possible to do either of the following tasks with a RichFaces (3.0.0) dataTable component?
1. Add a listener or somehow resort the contents of the table by selection a particular column header?
2. Add an action listener to rows so that we can take some action should a particular record/entry be selected?

I can't see way via JSF component. Is is it possible to achieve what I need using ajax4jsf as well? Haven't used ajax yet so apologies for asking potentially obvious question!

Yes it is possible to perform through:
1) ajax command components in headers
2) ajax support onRowClick
