Each of my SQL Statment executed twice

Hello, I'm using JBoss 3.0.4 and Oracle 8.
I also use JView for Monitoring JBoss, and each time a action is launched by the web application, all the sql query that depends of this action are executed twice ! (for example, a simple search in the DB).
Any one has an idea ????

Ok, perhaps it is a bug from JView, or the db server call the request two times (the first call to test if the request is in cache, the second to take result from cache or to execute the request..).
Now I have a second problem on the same application : the connections to the db are not closed although there's not more users connected to the application. Here is the properties from the oracle-service.xml :
