Connection pool reload - are currently in-use connections sa

Hi,

If we have a thread that has a reference to a JCA connection and is doing work via the connnection when we touch the -ds.xml file to tell JBoss to reload the connection pool...will the thread lose it's connection or will JBoss wait for the thread to be done with the connnetion before destroying and recreating the connection pool?
