SQL Server 2005 Snapshot Isolation - HowTo

My company is running JBoss 3.2.6 and was wondering whether it was possible to set a pool up to use SQL Server 2005 snapshot isolation. I know that I can reset the mode once I have a handle on it but we would like to run our entire pool this way so would like to avoid the code if we could.

If you can do this via a connection property, then you can effectively do it for the entire pool. I would imagine this is a property that can be set 'up front' on the JDBC connection is this correct?

If this can't be done via the connection property, you could always develop your own custom interceptor that sets the property on the Handle. That would introduce an 'aspect' like behavior allowing you to turn it on and off and not liter your code.
