Scrollable/Sortable Data Table

Since it appears that the scrollable/sortable data table will not make it into the may release time frame, has anybody configured the existing data table, using javascript and css, to simulate vertical scroll and sortability? :)

If so, would anyone be willing to share there technique? :) :)

vertical scroll bar is only one feature of our future component. The component is currently under development in RichFaces sandbox:

Actually, it is the sorting I'm worried about, but I will look at what that search pulls up.

We need also the scrollable tables (and i think it's better to used one framework - richtfaces)

Scrollable data table will be included in 3.1.0.
So there isn't much time to wait.
