html tags inside the tab panel is not working

I'm using div html tag inside the <rich:tab>. But the tags are moved above when looking into the view source of the rendered page.

Pls let me know if you have solution for this.

If you use JSF 1.1 - do not forget about f:verbatim to wrap the HTML content
