Using local interface from another jar

Hi all!

I want to know if it's possible this:
I've got 2 jars running in the same aplication server...
Can I use the local interfaces to call Bean from one to the other?

Mastering EJB says that it's posible to use local-interfaces when the beans are in the same machine, but I don't know how does jboss implements it.

Yes, inside the same virtual machine.
In practice your remote calls will have local behaviour
inside the same VM.
