tutorial does not work

I saw the tutorial on http://www.stardeveloper.com/articles/?id=0009, I am currently using jboss 3.0 and tomcat 4.0.3, however after running JBoss 3.0, I was unable to run tomcat successfully, it keeps saying that port 8080 is already used when in fact JBoss 3.0 uses port 8082. what happened here? Please help. thanks!

Check if u have IIS or any othere Appl. server running which is using the same port
