How to deploy jars and wars on JBoss 3.0

I am using Pramati Studio as EJB development environment, but I can't find any documentation, tutorial or howto to help me deploy on JBoss 3.0 all EJBs and WARs I have created.

Which are the steps? (I don't want to use Ant and XDock to develop... I just need to create the JBoss deployment XML file for WARs and JARs already compiled and packaged)

copy wars and ears into default/deploy. CD to bin and type run.bat -c default.
