Where is run-with-catalina bat?

In another forum topic it is mentioned that to start Tomcat within jboss I should execute run-with-catalina.bat.
However I cannot find this bat anywhere in my Jboss installation (downloaded jbosss.3.0.0-tomcat.4.0.3).
I am afraid I might be missing something.
Any help?

which explains the different configurations you can run
