Deploying .ear file creates problem!

Hi All,
I am a beginner to JBOSS App Server. I am trying to learn EJB/JBOSS3.0.0-Tomcat4.0.3. I can create and deploy .war file and .jar file and I am able to get the results. But, if I try to create a .ear file and deploy it, JBOSS generating error and I cant get results.

Any suggestions...
