How to create row index no. with rich:dataTable?

How do I create a row Index no. with rich:dataTable rows? Is there anything equivalent to t:dataTable rowIndexVar in rich:dataTable?

Are you sure there is 'rowKeyVar' in rich:dataTable? I'm using richFaces3.0 and I'm sure this version doesn't has that attribute.

I've downloaded the latest build, and I don't think there is any rowKeyVar attr. in rich:dataTable. If there is any, could you paste the sample usage code in here?
