JBoss vs. WebSphere?

My apologies for posting this message in a technical forum. I'm having trouble finding a discussion on this subject that covers the information I need.

Can someone point me toward information that compares WebSphere to JBoss? I'd also be very interested in hearing from those in medium to large ($2B net worth+) companies that are using JBoss as a primary J2EE server.
