Lost binding when recompiling template example?

Hello all

Trying to learn by tweaking, I adjusted some stuff in the template example source code. I ran ant again, and when I went to run the web client (http://localhost:8080/web-client) I got:
Web Client
The next ID fo a Test Entity is:
Caught exception: webtest not bound
Have fun and see you soon

What does "not bound" mean? Any ideas what happened, or did I miss some step in deployment that binds something? Where can I read about binding?

i think bind mean jndi binding.
I don't have the problem.
You can check
1. .ant.property file
2. database
3. 8082 for jboss3.0 or console for jboss3.02 , see if you can see testsession bean
basically follow the 3.0 quick start book
