How to test jboss-3.0.3

I have installed jboss-3.0.3 and I am able to run the batch file in the bin directory without any error. But I am not able to see Jboss components running when entered http://localhost:8082. What will be the problem? I am just a beginner to use jboss.

Try http://localhost:8080/jmx-console.

Thankyou for your reply. I have tried it but i got an error message like this HTTP ERROR: 500 sun/tools/javac/Main.

You need to set your JAVA_HOME to point to your JDK installation directory

It is already set like that and I am able to run java programs without any problems. When i run an example from jboss documentation then i got an exception like this "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/ejb/FinderException"

Why does http://localhost:8082 not work as written in the documentation?
(do I have to change the port in the jboss config somewhere first?)

I've tried this also. It all works with the 3.0.0 release of JBoss, yet when i switch my symbolic link across to 3.0.4 it fails with the sun.tools.javac error as stated by the original poster. Maybe a bug has crept in ? (my setup is identical between the 3.0.0 and 3.0.4 releases ... JDK location, JAVA_HOME, CLASSPATH etc).

My previous response didnt appear in the list for some reason. Lets try again.

When I try http://localhost:8082/
i get errors with JBoss 3.0.4 of the form sun.tools.javac etc, yet when I do it with JBoss 3.0.0 it works fine. The environment of JDK, JAVA_HOME etc is the same for both cases.
