"Quick Start Guide" vs "JBoss Workbook"

Hi all

I just discovered JBoss, scouted around for some help and found these two documents, "Quick Start Guide" and JBoss Workbook". I have just read the intro on both and cannot decide which to work through first. Anyone have any recomendations?

If you're already very familiar with EJB, then quick start guide is probably more interesting first.

However, if you feel like brushing up your EJB skills then the work book is recommended (but it needs Richard Monson-Haefels' EJB book to go with it).
