find my build.xml in the attach file.
It's working if you just change your .ant.properties.
Don't forget to add an ant.home in your ant.properties.
Have fun.
I jsut modified the build.xml shipped with the template download. If anybody have comments, go ahead, and let's make something working from the first time for jboss new comers.
