Bash Command Not Found

I think I am a real newbie when it comes to JBoss. Here's what I've done so far. I downloaded JBoss3.0.4_tomcat4.1.12. I untarred/unzipped JBoss. I now see the 'bin' directory, but when I attempt to run run.sh, I get the error: 'bash: run.sh command not found'.

I've gone into jboss_init_redhat.sh and made the changes to point everything to the right directories, but I still get the same error when running that sh file. (I am running SuSe Linux, but as far as I know if the paths are correct this file should run.)

I thought that this JBoss was already compiled and built, but maybe I am wrong? I gotta be missing something simple here.

It is compiled and built. sh run.sh works on my cygwin bash shell.

I am using it on gentoo linux. No problems. Another thing to try is change into the bin directory, and then try to run it. See if that works.

Probably your current working directory is not in your
search path. Easiest thing to do is to cd to the bin
directory and then invoke the script this way
./run.sh
The ./ at the beginning tells bash to explicitly look
in the current directory for the script to run.
