problems getting admin page URL

Hi,
I have installed jboss-3.0.6_tomcat-4.1.18 successfully but I am unable to get to the admin page. When I einter http://localhost:8082/, I get the standard server not found html.
Where can I look to correct this problem?

Also once I get to the admin console, can I define multiple datasources, start, stop, deploy applications etc. Like one is able to do on WebSphere?
