SAXParseException on jboss 3.0.4 startup

Hi,
I got this error message when I try to run Jboss:
12:05:47,879 ERROR [XmlFileLoader] Document root element is missing.:-1:1
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Document root element is missing.

If I understood correctly - the [XMLFileLoader] loads three xml files - ejb-jar.xml, jboss.xml and standardjboss.xml, which are all valid xml files in my environment.

Can someone please help me solve this problem?

I had an invalid web.xml file, which caused this problem.
