implement ssl certificate on jboss3.2.2

Hi all,
I am trying to implement ssl security on my webpages.I generated a csr,got a trial certificate from the CA,now i have no clue as to what configuration files and folders i need to edit,to implement that.I am using jboss3.2.2 as my webserver it sits on tomcat.
Can someone point me in the right direction, as to how,and were to import this certificate .Is there any documentation on all this anywhere.
