which data source to choose?

Hi all,

I want to work with a remote data source (not hypersonic), my favorits are postgreSQL and MySQL.

- Which one is better?
- Does there is a better data source that works fine with jboss?

If someone has an opinion about those DBs I'll happy to read it (and I'm quite sure that many others are also have similar problem of choosing a DB).

Well if you want to learn J2EE then just use Hypersonic, but for application development use either Post gres SQL and MYSQL.

Remeber that Hypersonic stores its schema and data in files, though you can configure it to store in on the drives.
Its not the ideal one but PostgreSQL and MySQL are good.
