viewing jpeg files

Hi,
I am trying to view a jpeg file and get a MAPPING config error. I am using jboss3.2.1 and tomcat 4.1.24. The image is in the default\deploy\pics directory, and i go to http://localhost:8080/pics/image.jpeg (or jpg). Do i need to specify something somewhere about loading images? I can view other images fine (they are in a WAR file), but not stand alone.

You need to learn how to package war files.

There is a HOWTO in the FAQ forum (but I suggest you
learn the basics from a more structured source first).
