HELP:jboss-3.2.4 can't run tomcat samples app

i download the jboss-3.2.4_tomcat-4.1.12, and install jdk1.4 and unpack the jboss zip package . set the JAVA_HOME and JBOSS_HOME ,when i startup, the log warning me show as following :

when i open a browser and visit the localhost:8080 and get a error message:

11:08:19,793 INFO [Engine] StandardHost[localhost]: MAPPING configuration error
for request URI /
please , give a hand !

Everything is working correctly.

If you visit http://localhost:8080/jmx-console you should get access to the jmx-console.

If you visit http://localhost:8080/web-console you should get access to the web-console.

If you have a web application in a war called MyApp.war put the file in the {jboss.server}/server/default/deploy folder so that JBoss will deploy it and you can access it through http://localhost:8080/MyApp


Additionaly you say that you have just downloaded JBoss, looking at your log you have JBoss 3.0.4 - You should download one of the later versions either 3.0.8 or 3.2.3
