shutting down one configuration

Is there any way to shutdown a single confuration of JBoss, not all of them? Looking at startup.sh and shutdown.sh it seems I can start configurations up independently, but only shut them all down. I am using 3.2.3 if that matters. Thanks,

I assume you are talking about mulitple instances on a single box.

Use:
./shutdown.sh --server jnp://localhost:1099

where 1099 is the JNP/JNDI port. Replace it with whatever port your instance-to-be-shut-down ins configured on.
