As always, the testsuite is your friend if you want help with configurations:

You use 'rmic' to generate the idl. -

h.buerger Apr 22, 2004 8:59 AM (in response to h.buerger)I already did bind it but how can I see if that was successful? I want to make sure the server is up and ready before fideling with the C++ client.
And on which class should I use rmic, the bean or the remote interface? Depending on that I get 83 or 34 IDL files. Is that all necessarry? I looked at the mico examples but they don't look like rmic files and they have only a few IDL files.
