How do you upgrade your site in jboss

Hi:

My site www.ahmedabadsale.com is developed in jboss and everytime i make changes in my ejb's or jsp/servlets I upload my ear on the server. Since the site is busy I cannot upload my ear anytime. Is there a way where I can put a Site Maintainance page on my site when I am upgrading my software. The front end is apache webserver. How does everybody upgrade their site.

One of the ways to resolve this issue is to use clustering facility available in Jboss.
