Currently we are looking at piloting JBoss Cache for few selected Use Cases in an existing Mission Critical Application.
Our challenges for Pilot are following:
1) How do we determine that Pilot is successful ?
2) What are various metrics that should be identified and documented for team to validate various tests in Pilot ?
3) What is the right way of executing a JBoss Cache Pilot ?
I would appreciate if I can get some document or ideas or scorecard which helps our Developers, Architects, Infrastructure and Project Managers to get ONE clear view.
We want to then convert this Pilot experience to a template for executing/migrating successfully any complex application to JBoss cache going forward.
