local class incompatible problem

hello!

I have been working in JBoss for a few months and I have had the "local class incompatible" problem, but this time I can't seem to find the source of the problem.
I am working on a console application that connects to an EJB. The use case is like this: the client window first shows a table having 2 rows from a database table. When I click a button, the client will invoke a method using the remote interface of the EJB, to delete that row, then it will invoke a method to re-read the existing rows from that table. If I click that button once again, then the client application tries to follow the same steps, but it fails having thrown the exception shown below. The invoked method return type is void. Can you please help me ?
