Web-App's capable of getting deployed in both JBoss as well

Hi,

I've gotta requirement where it's needed to have a single structure of web-app to be runnable on both JBoss and Resin.
The only issue i'm facing currently is the authentication part.
I've got the web-app perfectly running in JBoss but not in Resin the authentication part being different in resin.

Can any of u guys suggest a way out of this so as to have stuff runnable on both.
