TapPanel with common tab

Is there any way to create common tab with panel tab components.
I mean that these common tab should always be active.
I think it would be quite usefull solution.

what did you mean by "should always be active". May be selectedTab attribute - is what yu need?

I mean there are a few tabs which can be switched like normal tab panel.
But there is also one tab with informations, which are always visible.
