We're working to get the initial 0.1 release out the door, and it will have the rule-driven sequencer framework. With that you'll be able to connect JBoss DNA to an existing JCR repository and have DNA perform automated sequencing of artifacts as they're loaded into that repository.

Unfortunately the sequencer framework is still undergoing some changes. It should settle down pretty soon, and we'll probably release with only a few sequencer implementations. At that point, we'd love for people to work on some sequencers to help build up the library.

So before that, start thinking of the kinds of artifacts you'd be interested in. There are some obvious ones listed in the overview presentation (http://labs.jboss.com/dna/docs/jboss_dna_intro_2008-02.pdf). Perhaps start working on some JCR schemas (i.e., node types and property definitions) for one or two of those. Thoughts?

I'll also keep looking for other things that you could help with.
