How to get started with JBPM??

Hello Everybody,

I am in the process of deploying a jboss portal with forums and i am also required to design a BPM solution for my company. I could install the portal and forums packages and i am in good progress on that...
But, I want to know how to get started with BPM, What is the prequisite knowledge one needs to have to design a BPM solution, what packages will i be required to install.

You have the jbpm userguide and some source examples in the jbpm that you downloaded.

You also have some pdf files. (http://www.jboss.com/wiki/Wiki.jsp). It's what i know.
