    Installing JBoss 4 on Mac OS X 10.4.* ?

    conradwt

Hi, could someone tell me where I can find the exact setup instructions for installing JBoss on Mac OS X 10.4.4? At this time, I have downloaded the following file:

      jboss-4.0.4RC1-installer.jnlp

I clicked on the above file and followed the prompts. Now, what should be the next step? Finally, does one have to download and install Ant because I haven't found a clear answer on this at this time from the documentation.

      Thanks in advance,

          Conrad,
It souds to me like you have downloaded and installed JBoss on your mac. (If you ran the installer and followed the prompts like you said).

So what next... Start it up and check that it works.

You don't need ant unless you are planning on using it to do your builds. You are probably going to need it if you plan on writing any applications to run on JBoss though since it is a handy build system.

It is good to see another OS X.

Give me a shout of you need any help.
