Web Console is not loading

I'm running JBoss 4.0 in Eclipse and can run the JMX Console and the Tomcat Status but when I try to get the WebConsole up I get a 404 message below.

message /web-console/

description The requested resource (/web-console/) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.5

Any insight would be appreciated!

I have the same problem with both JbossAS 4.0.4 RC1 and 4.0.4 AG (with efb3 on xp)
In my case JBoss is started by Netbeans.
