Why Stateful (with one L) and not Staefull (with double L) i

Hi All!

I have one single question, Why the annotations for EJB Statefull have one L and not double L?

The annotation for Steless have Double S, but I think in the same way, Stateless Annotations should must be Stateles, no?

I am tempted to answer this question but alas, while I am conversant in Java, the question you are asking is about English, in which I am not as conversant. :-)

Typically in English, appending the word 'full' to another word requires that you drop one of the l's (as in successful), whereas when you append the word 'less' to another word, you keep both s's (as in hopeless). And yes, knowing these all of these nitpicky little rules is hopeless.
