Regarding the blue screen, sounds like a driver problem, perhaps with your NIC (though it could be the video driver or even the disk driver). Did Windows ask to send a report to Redmond and if so did it give any hint of which driver? You could try updating to the latest drivers. -

I used JBoss-4.0.4 and it is working for me now.
