Differences between jboss-4.0.3SP1.zip and jboss-4.0.5.GA.zi

Hi,
I've found that in jboss-4.0.3SP1.zip some jar are missing (like jaxen.jar in [jboss]/server/default/lib). In jboss-4.0.5.GA.zip all files are where they are supposed to be (like in jboss 3.2.x series...).

Which are the differences between theese jboss versions (SP1 and GA)?
